The Intuit Global Business Services (GBS) organization is responsible for the purchasing of goods & services, negotiating contracts, and paying our suppliers to enable Intuit to Power Prosperity Around the World. GBS’s PMO as a Senior Project Manager. Partner closely with the tech and finance teams to drive transformational change in this Source-to-Report space through technology implementations and enhancements in support of employees and suppliers.Are you a PM who is passionate about back office finance or software and high-impact projects? Join GBS’s PMO Technology & Portfolio Management team as a Senior Project Manager. The individual in this role will need to quickly establish rapport, credibility, trust, and respect throughout Finance and Intuit and work as a team player. This role will be critical to ensure the success of the projects that span technology, both implementations and driving enhancements, as well as process improvements. We are looking for a candidate who has experience in the deployment of SaaS systems, preferably back office finance such as Coupa, Concur, or Oracle eBiz.Responsibilities

Manage a combination of large and small projects from planning through delivery, directing the project team, and influencing stakeholdersNurture strong relationships with stakeholdersLeverage your expertise to recommend and thought partner on approaches, solutions, and other improvementsDevelop high-quality project management plans & work breakdowns, key milestones, and deliverablesMaintain the project plan while regularly communicating status, risks, and escalations to stakeholders, with a focus on detailsPrioritize, assign, and oversee the daily tasks and activities across project teams to accelerate the delivery of the most strategic workDrive & support areas of improvement within the project or program in partnership with stakeholdersDirect and provide support, direction, and functional or technical expertise to the project teamUse defined & existing project framework best practices, tools, and templatesMinimum 3-5 years in Project Management at a technology company, with experience managing multiple concurrent complex and large application implementationsProfessional Project Management Certification from an accredited institution or equivalent experienceDemonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods. Experience in Six Sigma or Design 4 Delight methodologies, nice to haveEducation: Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experiencePrior experience with Project Management tools such as Aha!, Jira, Google Sheets, and SmartsheetExcellent time management and organizational skills and expertise in establishing guidelines in these areas for othersAbility to develop and execute a successful project / program roadmap, anticipate challenges and proactively head off obstaclesExcellent communication skills across a variety of audiences including: technical, non-technical, and senior leadershipExperience with P2P systems (Coupa, Oracle eBiz, and Concur) and with back office finance operations and accounting
