Intuit is seeking an experienced Senior Executive Assistant Business Partner to provide seamless strategic support to the Senior Vice President of Consumer Group Finance. The person in this role will need to be a skilled and dynamic problem-solver given complex calendaring and prioritizing. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and will be resourceful in building relationships across the Intuit ecosystem.Responsibilities

Handles details of a highly confidential and sensitive nature which require in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures.Extensive calendar management and coordination.Creates strong relationships/partnerships across the EA Community.Partners across organizational boundaries to deliver outcomes.Quickly learns background and context to enable independent thinking and decision making with limited data.Event planning to include support for large meetings, off-sites, and team motivation events.Collects and prepares information for use in discussions/meetings of senior staff and Board Members and other outside executives.Makes high-level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company.Works on problems of diverse scope where both analysis of data and judgment are required.Interfaces directly with senior leaders.Reports to the SVP of Consumer Group Finance and builds a strong rapport with this leader.Travel planning and coordination.Org Chart maintenance for functional group or business unit.Preparation and tracking of purchase orders.Work effectively as a team player, working well with peers and members of the greater organization.Qualifications

Ability to manage complexity well and demonstrated experience managing across functions and businesses to accomplish large scale goals in a large, public company environment.Confidence, good judgment, energy, and personality to work in a dynamic, multi-business unit environment across all levels of management and across business units and functions.Strong end-to-end process orientation with demonstrated analytical thinking, organizational skills, time management, risk assessment, and problem-solving skills.Ability to influence people indirectly and work with people in multi-functional roles.Excellent written and verbal communications, presentation, and influencing skills, including the ability to raise issues appropriately to the right level internally and externally to resolve.Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting with a minimum of 4 years’ experience; Public Accounting experience CPA/MBA desirable; equivalent experience will be considered.Working knowledge of Oracle R12, Oracle R12 fixed asset module, Coupa, and reporting platforms such as Qliksense & Business Objects desirable.Strong PC, worksheet (Excel, Google Sheets), and word processing skills.
