This track introduces you to functions within the **Global Strategy & Enterprise Platforms (GSEP)**organization that operate across the enterprise to deliver key programs and services to our lines of business and support functions. The enterprise aspect creates unique project work across the firm. The track will provide exposure and skill development in the areas of:
Business continuity and global response
Change management/process improvement
Enterprise complaints
Operational excellence
Data strategy, governance and operations
Artificial intelligence governance
Third party vendor/procurement management
Technology initiatives
Strategic planning
Global climate risk management

Intern Program Overview
The Global Strategy & Enterprise Platforms (GSEP) program is a 10-week summer internship introducing interns to the organization and providing opportunities to build upon their academic foundation specifically technical skills, industry knowledge and familiarity with a corporate environment while pursuing their career based on interests and background.
Training and development are our top priorities. Extensive, formal training begins on day one of the program, in addition to on-the-job support, teambuilding events, and mentorship throughout. These opportunities include but are not limited to:
Bank-provided trainings focused on mechanics of the Bank, data literacy, executive-ready presentations and more
Intern Mentorship Program
Enterprise executive speaker series/continuous educational speakers and events
Exposure to our Diversity & Inclusion strategy and 11 Employee Networks
Networking events
Community service and volunteer opportunities
A Day in the Life
As a Summer Analyst, you will be placed on one team where your primary responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Analyzing processes to empower managers and employees to identify opportunities for continuous innovation and effectiveness
Identifying and executing on opportunities for business process-improving outcomes and mitigating risk
Supporting business needs related to reporting and analysis, special projects, and other key priorities

The GSEP Summer Analyst Program assigns interns to teams across the line of business. An internship with GSEP will provide the following:
Work assignments with business impact
Real-time feedback to ensure you achieve maximum potential during the internship
A collaborative environment focused on continuous learning and development
Mentorship and the ability to network with professionals of all levels
*Intern team assignments are offered based on business need and alignment to skillset - therefore cannot be guaranteed.
Qualifications
Candidates are required to be pursuing an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university. Eligible candidates must have a graduation date between November 2025 and August 2026
Common areas of study include but are not limited to:supply chain, finance, business, accounting, operations, economics, or other similar degrees preferred.
Candidates should possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, a drive for operational excellence and a commitment to achieving sustainable results.
Additionally, candidates should hold strong academic and technical skills in Microsoft Office as well as show proficiencies in leadership, teamwork, problem solving and analytical skills, verbal and written communication and professionalism.
