organization is an integrated credit underwriting, monitoring and product management organization managing credit for clients in the bank ’ s eight lines of business including
consumers, companies, and institutions . To deliver seamlessly for our clients, the Enterprise Credit team works with a large array of partners in Global Risk, Global Operations, Global Banking and Consumer & Small Business Banking.

Enterprise Credit analyst program
The Enterprise Credit Summer Analyst Program is a ten-week program that provides you broad exposure into our credit underwriting, monitoring, business controls and data management routines. The program emphasizes on-the-job training augmented by classroom instruction focused on technical, analytical, and professional skills.
Our goal is for you to have the opportunity to build upon your academic foundation specifically technical skills, industry knowledge and familiarity with a corporate environment while pursuing your career, based on your interests and background. Your training and development is our top priority, with extensive formal training offered at the start of the program and on-the-job support, events, and mentorship throughout.
The Enterprise Credit program has six tracks to support the eight lines of business. The tracks include:
Consumer Credit
Global Wealth & Investment Management Credit (Supporting our Merrill and Private Bank clients)
Global Commercial Banking (GCB), Asset Based Finance and Commercial Real Estate Credit
Global Corporate & Investment Banking and Global Markets Credit
Leveraged Finance Credit
Data and Analytics and Business Controls/Process Optimization
This job requisition is for the Leveraged Finance Credit track.
Leveraged Finance Credit
Our Leveraged Finance Credit business represents Enterprise Credit in the leveraged finance acquisition underwriting process and the on-going monitoring and servicing of credit relationships with financial sponsor portfolio companies.
What to expect day to day
Key responsibilities of a Leveraged Finance Credit Analyst may include but are not limited to:
Evaluate, analyze and assess corporate mergers, acquisitions and leveraged buyout transactions Review and analyze underwriting materials, such as: financial statements, presentations, projections, Quality of Earnings, Credit Ratings and other third-party reports
Acquire understanding of new businesses and industries in a short period of time
Identify and define key credit risks and weigh them against relevant mitigants
Conduct due diligence with clients
Develop detailed financial projection models
Present analysis of risks and associated mitigants to senior leaders in EC, Credit Risk, Global Markets and Global Capital Markets
Contribute to and create approval and monitoring documents for the initial acquisition finance underwriting, quarterly and annual credit reviews, and subsequent credit requests
Other projects as assigned, such as: reports synthesizing risk exposure statistics, market data over time, and reports on recently announced transactions

Qualifications
Candidates are required to be pursuing a
bachelor ’ s degree
from an accredited college or university with a graduation timeframe between
December 2025 and June 2026
3.2 minimum GPA
preferred
A history of
high achievement
Common areas of study include but are not limited to:
o Corporate Finance
o Accounting 12+ credit hours preferred including upper-level courses
o Economics
o Other related majors
Candidates should possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, a drive for operational excellence, and a commitment to achieving sustainable results.
Additionally, students should hold strong academic and technical skills in Microsoft Office, as well as show proficiencies in leadership, teamwork, problem solving & analytical skills, verbal and written communication, and professionalism.
