We require the incumbent to report to our local HQ. The candidate will sit at Sierra Instruments (Monterey, CA). This individual will report to the Director of Operations of TASi Gas Flow.

OUR BUSINESS:

Sierra Instruments has been delivering market-leading gas flow measurement products for more than 45 years. As a part of TASi Gas Flow, Sierra Instruments designs and manufactures high-performance thermal mass flow controllers for nearly every gas, liquid, or steam application. We provide critical instrumentation for the gas flow control systems for all industries where accurate gas flow measurement is mission critical.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Quality Manager has overall responsibility for creating, executing and maintaining a comprehensive world class quality and manufacturing engineering system for the responsible site(s) within the Sierra Instruments Organization. Activities include organizing, planning, commissioning, and maintaining Sierra's Quality Management System policies and procedures in accordance with ISO9001:2015 and managing process controls and inspection and test requirements to maintain product integrity. This is a unique opportunity to add a tremendous amount of value in a healthy, growing business. The Quality Manager will be empowered to be a change agent within the organization and will have the autonomy and responsibility to enhance the systems surrounding the production and business processes to drive improved quality and productivity.
