TS/SCI, CI polyWe are seeking an experienced Financial Resource Analyst to join our team and leverage their expertise to conduct budget execution and financial analysis. As a Financial Resource Analyst, you will regularly interface with Directorate leadership, technical subject matter experts (SMEs), and the Center’s financial and budget staff to manage and track the program’s execution status, and gather information for BCRs. Additionally, you will be actively involved in document and quality control, facilitating the understanding of the program’s resource requirements, briefing the program’s financial status, and providing recommendations to leadership and other stakeholders. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new business engineering processes in order to improve integration of the portfolios and programs under this directorate.Responsibilities:Coordinating with stakeholders on financial taskingsPreparing and delivering executive-level presentations to senior leadership on the program’s financial status during program management reviews (PMRs)Providing input to leadership on business process improvementsDeveloping spend plans, and allocating and executing funds according to spending prioritiesWorking closely with project managers to define requirements and justifying financial needsAnalyzing the program’s execution and tracking expenditures against available budgetProviding regular status updates to leadership on the financial status and recommending solutions and strategiesGathering information for, and tracking BCR packages and Economy Act TransfersQualifications (Required):Active TS/SCI with Poly3-5 years of experience working within an IC Agency, preferably ODNI5+ years of budget executionForward leaning and high attention to detail skillsAbility to be strategic and build consensus with disparate groupsDemonstrated use of Microsoft office applications, including Excel and PowerPointExperience with BASIS or COGNOS-based applications
