POSITION SUMMARYThe Nursing Home Registered Nurse position assists with day-to-day nursing activities. This is an important role that requires accuracy, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional healthcare.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIESTimely communication to physicians, families, etc. of significant changes in resident conditionComplete all applicable resident assessmentsComplete medication administration while following the 5 RightsPerform wound care and assessments as neededAssist CNAs with answering call lightsMonitor residents for changes in conditionAct as leader on the floor by assessing and directing situations as neededReport any allegations of abuse, neglect or misappropriation to Director of Nursing and AdministratorMaintain accurate resident records with thorough and accurate chartingPerform other duties as requested.

Shifts:Day Shift 6AM-2:30PM, every other weekend. 75 hours per pay period
State License Details:Must Be Currently Active
Minimum Years of Experience:Less than 1 year
