POSITION SUMMARY
The Licensed Practical Nurse position assesses andpasses medication to residents, reports to physician any changes they have,reports to charge nurse, updates family members, and assists CNAs.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Administer medications to residents while following the 5 RightsReport ny allegations of abuse, neglect and misappropriation to Director of Nursing and AdministratorReport ny change in condition to the charge nurseAssist CNAs with answering call lights and other responsibilitiesUpdate physicians, family members, etc. of change in condition as neededPerform other duties as requested.REQUIREDQUALIFICATIONS
Required qualifications to effectively perform job. An equivalentcombination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
Must hold and maintain Wisconsin LPN license.Current CPR/BLS certification required.1+ years of related work experience preferred.Exceptional ccuracy and attention to detail required.
