We are looking for a skilled Director of Marketing to play a foundational role on our team, building and executing marketing programs and strategic initiatives from the ground up, with a strong focus on content creation and lead generation through digital marketing channels.

In this role, you will partner closely with our Sales Team. Through customer data, research, and analysis, you'll develop a deep knowledge of how and why organizations adopt our software, and in turn, advise on and own programs to improve and accelerate this adoption. A successful candidate will be value-focused, analytical, and excited about the opportunity to help more individuals and organizations adopt our technology.

This high-impact role will have considerable influence on our company's success. Reporting to our CEO, you will wear many hats, and this is a role that requires hard and soft skills to be successful.

Responsibilities:

Own the strategy of all marketing touch points and implement multi-channel campaigns to drive an increase in lead conversionOwn day-to-day coordination and execution of marketing campaigns (e.g. planning, building, scheduling, deploying)Manage and oversee multiple digital marketing channels and maintain an ongoing optimization strategy to leverage those channels for successUnderstand and articulate buyer's journey in the context of lead gen campaignsPrepare, creatively manage, and stretch our marketing budget for maximum impactLead and continue to build a hardworking and diverse marketing teamCreate and actively monitor campaign analytics, report on campaign performance, and track and monitor conversion to further optimize successAssist and participate in conference/trade-show selections, sponsorship, presentations, and travel arrangementsPartner with Sales to create programs that identify and nurture high-potential leads and prospectsDevelop a deep understanding of current and potential customer segments and identify key growth initiatives to increase our customer base and their lifetime valueOversee the company's social media strategy and executionUtilize project management skills and experience in planning, development, and forecasting to inform the growth strategy of DocNetwork

Required Skills and Experience:

Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS marketingSignificant experience leading a successful teamExperience developing and executing B2B digital marketing programs (e.g. SEO, paid search, display, paid social, content syndication, web, email) to drive conversions and sales pipelineStrong initiative and a proactive mindsetExcellent writing skillsSkilled with time management; possessing the ability to manage multiple competing projects at various levels of scaleAnalytical mentality and a data-informed approachA customer-first attitude with a passion for storytelling
