CPV is owned by OPC Energy, the first privately held electric company in Israel.CPV is looking for mid-level experienced candidate to join its Engineering & Construction Development Department, located in our Braintree, MA office. The successful candidate will play an active role in evaluating the development of prospective greenfield renewable energy generation projects. Candidate must be self-motivated and be willing to take initiative to complete assignments in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer simulation, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills are required.The position reports to the Director, Engineering & Construction.Summary of Responsibilities:

Responsible for supporting various aspects of the development of renewable energy generation projects in the US from site identification through financial closing and construction. Requires working within a team consisting of internal and external resources. The specific responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:Support the evaluation of project sites for the development of renewable energy installations using simulation software and other desktop resources;Generate evaluation reports, charts, maps to support site development and construction execution;Support the development and construction teams from site identification through construction;Support project permitting efforts throughout development;Work closely and timely communicate with internal teams and external consultants including engineering, environmental, equipment suppliers and contractors;Update Management on project progress, action items and budgetRequirements:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, ideally in electrical, civil, or mechanical engineering or physical science3-5 years of experience in an energy-related business, solar and/or wind power generation experience a plusMust be a self-starter, organized, and able to work well with personnel at all levels in the organization; must possess top level computer, interpersonal, and facilitation skills;Ability to gather, organize and systematically analyze complex information;Strong engineering skills and understanding design drawings, GIS, spatial modeling and analysisExcellent writing, communications, presentation, interpersonal, problem-solving, design analysis, and organizational skillsProficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint and proven ability to learn and utilize GIS, and 3D modeling software programsProficiency in PVsyst and PlantPredict solar performance modeling software programsAbility to travel up to 25% as necessaryMust pass a pre-employment background and financial credit checkCPV holds all employees to the highest ethical standards and is committed to conducting business with integrity, transparency, and honesty to ensure our success.
