This role demands a unique blend of business acumen, operational expertise, and technical prowess, particularly in the realms of data analysis, microservices, and workflow automation.ResponsibilitiesLead cross-disciplinary teams to support, expand, and enhance business, operations, and technology initiatives.Conduct daily stand-ups and maintain regular project tracking through weekly cadences.Manage project budgets, prioritize tasks, and ensure efficient project execution.Develop and maintain executive dashboards, process documentation, and templates.Coordinate the development of user manuals, training materials, and documentation for system turnover to clients.Establish effective project communication plans and execute them.Facilitate change requests, assessing their impacts on schedule and budget.Identify and develop new opportunities with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction during and post project transition.Conduct post-project evaluations, identifying successful and unsuccessful elements.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Management Information System, Business Administration, or related field.5+ years of experience in project management.Proven experience in data analysis, adept at interpreting complex datasets to drive decision-making.Proficiency with Jira for project tracking, SQL for database management, Power BI for data visualization, and Python for scripting and automation.Experience in building workflows and managing projects involving microservices and API integration.Ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple mid to large size projects.Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies, with skilled budget management.Excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of working under tight deadlines.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.An innovative mindset focused on continuous improvement and keeping up with industry trends.Location: Los Angeles, CASeniority Level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob Function: Information TechnologyIndustry: Financial ServicesSalary: $90-$120/hr
