Job Description / Primary ObjectiveEmployees in this position will work on both projects and assisting the BIM manager to develop office wide BIM capabilities. We are looking for accomplished full-time candidates with experience in commercial building types and a passion for technology. People with initiative and the willingness to push themselves and take responsibility are ideal candidates. Responsibilities:• Create parametric Revit families and other BIM content• Help train staff in Revit and be available for BIM support requests• Ensure standards are being followed• Produce project construction documents as part of the team• Work closely with staff members, senior staff and principals on each project from schematic design through construction administration.
Requirements (Education, Level of Experience, etc.)Knowledge/Skills/Competencies:• Degree in Architecture and minimum 3 years full time experience after graduation• Must have an understanding of building codes and experience producing construction documents for commercial building types• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and Enscape.• Versed in Revit massing, shared coordinates, phasing, Autodesk Construction Cloud• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable• Excellent problem solver and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in their work• Highly organized and able to coordinate project information & documents
