Job Description / Primary ObjectiveEmployees in this position will work on both projects and assist the BIM manager to develop office-wide BIM capabilities. We are looking for accomplished full-time candidates with experience in commercial building types. Additionally, candidates should be versed in BIM with a passion for technology. Staff members work closely with senior staff and principals on each project through all phases, including construction administration. People with initiative and the willingness to take responsibility are ideal candidates. Degree in ArchitectureMinimum 3 years full-time experience after graduationExperience with putting together construction documentsFamiliar with building types, technologies, and applicable codesProficient in AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, Navisworks, Lumion, and EnscapeFamiliar with Grasshopper and/or DynamoVersed in Revit massing, shared coordinates, phasing, ACCCreate parametric Revit families and other BIM contentTrain staff in BIM and be available for BIM support requestsEnsure standards are being followedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environmentExcellent problem solver demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness in their workHighly organized and able to coordinate project information & documents
