The ideal candidate is a self-driven producer who has a desire to exceed sales goals, maximizing their uncapped earning potential!Responsibilities

Have a clear understanding of all Simpay products and servicesPresent Simpay value propositions competentlyMatch or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metricsSelf-generate leads in the business community, including Chambers of Commerce, local associations, merchant groups, community banks, and business ownersEnter activity into CRM to stay organized and assist leadership with developing accurate metricsManage prospect pipelines through consistent funnel managementContinue sales development by attending regularly scheduled sales and product sessionsAbility to work in a cooperative and supportive manner with the executive leadership teamReceive coaching and feedback and demonstrate a willingness to implement recommendations into the sales processRequirements

A minimum of 2+ years in the payments environment or relevant sales fieldSelf-motivated with a proven track record of successB2B sales experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA strong personal and professional network with an active, robust pipeline of business owners and referral partnersExcellent business acumenTakes on personal accountability for establishing and achieving prospecting and sales goalsWork with integrity, a positive attitude, and being a team player at all times while driving to leave a mark in the industryAbility to thrive under pressureA driving need to succeedValid Driver’s License with reliable, insured vehicleProficiency in MS Office applications, e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookBenefits
