The Program Director will work at both of our Club sites, in Salida and Buena Vista, CO.
Primary responsibilities will include:
Assist programming staff
Design and implement programs that focus on our priority outcomes of character & leadership, healthy lifestyles, and academic success while prioritizing the safety of all Club members
Oversee grant programs and ensure grant-required deliverables are implemented
Evaluate and recommend enhancements to programs based on the needs, interests, and characteristics of our youth to ensure an outcome-driven Club experience
Job Qualifications:
Experience serving youth. You have a demonstrable record of planning and implementing youth programs.
Managing a team. You have experience managing people or working with a team and can demonstrate your leadership skills.
Project management. You have experience designing and implementing a project and reporting back on its success.
