As a Technical Project Manager at Unlimit Ventures, you will apply your product leadership skills to a variety of new products as they are prepared for market launch.
You will guide engineering teams and define/prioritize product features using depth of experience as a product leader, while also delivering engineered solutions that meet business and market needs as an entrepreneur.

Responsibilities
Operate within the Agile framework to help define and oversee the daily tasks of technical contributors while ensuring the broader team is actively working toward established milestonesLead regular technical team discussions to determine progress and help guide the team to resolve any open questions or challengesWork with project teams to define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities to help optimize for successful project executionManage ongoing project scope, budget, and deliverables and provide internal and external stakeholder updatesResearch and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit when making large purchasesLead and motivate diverse product development teams
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors in Engineering, Marketing, or Business (technical degree preferred or equivalent experience)2+ years of hands-on engineering/product development experience3+ years' experience in bringing products to market as a project leaderDemonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methodsStrong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and achieving desired projects outcomes, and the ability to lead teams effectively regardless of reporting structureDemonstrated project planning, risk management, time management, and other project management skillsExperience building hardware products that bring together electrical, mechanical, and software elementsExperience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting teamworkExamples demonstrating the ability to predict challenges and seek to overcome or mitigate obstacles proactively
Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience managing a multi-product portfolio, driving cohesive and integrated product roadmaps across the product portfolioExperience discovering and executing product-market fit, articulating value propositions, and driving competitive differentiationExperience with robotics & automation, climate impact product, and/or health and wellness products
