The Physical Therapist (PT) will:
Evaluate the strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and posture of patientsTreat patients with disabilities, disorders, and injuries related to the evaluation findingsUtilize therapeutic devices and equipment to maintain or restore maximum performancePlan, direct, and supervise patients, family, and/or significant others in the use of equipment and exercise regimensParticipate in patient communication and interdisciplinary care planning for individual needsDocument contemporaneously using electronic health recordsPerform other duties, as neededQualifications:
Bachelor's DegreeNYS Physical Therapist (PT) licenseSolid assessment and documentation skillsDesired Skills:
Working knowledge of NextGen
