The Job

Located in Riverside, we are an online retailer of all things bike - mountain, road, e-bike, you name it. Our product offering makes for a unique work environment as there isn't a warehouse like ours in the area. Many of our team members are avid riders, and while it isn't a requirement for the job, you just might end up on a bike. You can expect an easy-going, welcoming and flexible atmosphere with good people.

Our Receiving team efficiently and accurately coordinates, prioritizes, and receives purchase orders daily. In addition, the team actively supports the functions of inventory, inventory discrepancies, and maintains bin prioritization system.

Verify, count, and assign UPC codes to inbound products.Bin (stock) inbound products once received.Bin location assignment, maintenance and optimization.Restock Go-Backs.Solve problem picks.Support picking, packing, down stocking, double clicks, and manifesting.Find and correct inventory discrepancies occurring on daily basis (not during cycle count)..Provide an environment of support and teamwork to achieve common goals.Complete other duties as assigned.Preferred Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.Prior bike shop experience is a plus.Ability to stand and work an 8-hour shift on feet.Ability to lift/push/pull 30-70 lbs. regularly throughout shift.Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with others.DEFINITION OF PHYSICAL DEMANDS/CONDITIONS (ADA) This is not a complete list of physical demands/conditions that may be required to perform job responsibilities but is to be used as an example of possibilities to assist in the completion of the performance appraisal form.
