Exiger is looking for an Account Manager to join our thriving Commercial Sales team. Exiger is a cutting-edge supply chain risk management (SCRM) software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution with scalable offerings, which use data to help corporations intelligently surface risk in business relationships.This Account Manager will spearhead sales to existing Exiger customers, with a focus on expanding our business across various sectors. This position is responsible for achieving growth and retention goals, with the opportunity to expand existing portfolios by cultivating relationships. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in high-level complex SaaS sales in supply chain risk, vendor risk management, and/or third-party risk management. We are looking for someone with a passion for their work, a proactive disposition, sharp communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively. If you are passionate about technology for managing risk across supply chains, vendors, and third parties, and driving sales, we encourage you to apply and be part of our journey towards innovation and growth.What You'll Do:Cultivate long-term partnerships with corporate customers, particularly those in the Fortune 1000 with international operationsDesign and implement targeted, tailored campaigns to increase revenue within existing accountsIdentify market trends and analyze competitor strategies to ensure Exiger is maximizing revenue and effectively differentiatingCollaborate with Exiger's marketing team to support events, conferences, and webinars, sharing expertise and building brand visibility in the industryPartner with product leaders to incorporate customer feedback and needs into product development, ensuring their voices are heardUnderstand customer's business challenges and goals to recommend the best-fit solutions and technologies, becoming a trusted advisor in their successMaintain accurate records and data in the global CRM system, enabling data-driven decision-making and effective sales strategies

What You'll NeedBachelor's degreeFive to seven years of experience in a similar role, selling to existing customers and managing relationships within information, technology, or other products to key decision-makersProven history of achieving or exceeding sales goals and driving revenue growthFamiliarity with Supply Chain Risk Management, Governance, Risk & Compliance, and Third-Party Risk ManagementExecutive presence with the ability to interact with senior business leadersProficiency with SaaS and CRM platforms and mastery of collaboration and communication tools
