Boston Standard is a family owned and operated heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical corporation that is currently in growth mode. We are looking for energetic, dynamic in-home sales reps. Experience in the HVAC/R and Plumbing Industry is required.

Residential HVAC Outside Sales Responsibilities:

Conduct in-home consultations with leads generated for you from our corporate marketing team.

Present air conditioning, gas furnace, heat pump, mini split, and other HVAC products options with home owners.

Maintain lead pipeline through continued customer outreach and prospecting.

Qualifications:

Valid Drivers’ License

Residential service experience is preferred3+ years with excellent customer service skills and HVAC/R Outside Sales experience (a bonus but not required)

Sales opportunities come to us through a generous advertising budget, repeat customers, and your own prospecting efforts. Your job is to meet the customer in their home to review air conditioning, gas furnace, heat pump, mini splits, and other HVAC products, and close the sale.
