A healthcare system in Hartford County is actively seeking a Nocturnist to join their staff.About the OpportunityLocation : Hartford County, CTSpecialty : Internal Medicine/Family MedicineHours : 7 on 7 off, nighttime shiftsResponsibilities:The Nocturnist will:
Direct care and develop comprehensive treatments plans for adult hospitalized patientsCommunicate with patients and/or their designated healthcare advocate on progress and plansEnsure appropriate transfer of care when assigned hours of service end and upon patient discharge from the hospitalDocument daily involvement in patient care in the medical record and record charges appropriate to the level of service provided and documentedParticipate in quality and process improvement projects as well as hospital committeesPerform other duties, as neededQualifications:
Licensed to practice in the State of ConnecticutBoard Eligible / Certified in Family and/or Internal MedicineYour privacy is important to us.
