Collaborate with the FP&A team to develop BI dashboards for Commercial performance management and create automated analytic tools in Power BI to facilitate profitability, volume and pricing analysis by customer, product, and location.Analyze and accurately report Key Drivers/Metrics for the business in part by preparing the weekly and monthly C Reports.Responsible for analysis and accurate reporting of sales information to the commercial team to track and monitor sales activity.Coordinate and consolidate Commercial business financial budgets and forecasts.Develop budgets and forecasts based on scenario planning and variance analysis.Responsible for weekly/monthly/quarterly forecasting of volumes and prices.Provide input and observations related to continuously improving the forecasting process in the businesses by partnering with the Finance Manager.Provide analysis and reporting support for Tax, Treasury, Investor Relations, Product Management, Sales and Financial Reporting teams.Dashboard creationFinancial ModelingProvide ad hoc reports as required.Work on special projects and presentations as necessary.Our Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business with a Finance or Accounting emphasis4+ years of experience with financial reporting and financial planning and analysis in a large multinational corporationExperience developing automated dashboards and reports using PowerBIExperience preparing and analyzing financial models and decision support toolsProficient in a Microsoft Windows environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)SAP knowledge preferredStrong verbal, written and listening communication skillsAbility to effectively work with employees at all levels within the organization and create effective partnershipsAbility to adapt to a continually changing business and work environment and manage multiple prioritiesStrong analytical and problem solving skillsStrong leadership and relationship building skills
