Your main role will be to support all IT matters. Mon-Fri 8:00am – 5:00pm; Exempt/On-Site/Occasional After-Hours WorkSalary:
$4,700 - $6,500 per month, depending on experienceResponsibilitiesProvide Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3 technical support to 70+ PC users. Typical duties involve the troubleshooting and isolation of problems on the PC/Printer/Network level and providing fixes or solutions where appropriate.Provide Tier 2 technical support for Online Banking customers experiencing issues that Tier 1 support cannot resolve.Learn network administration functions and help manage the administration and maintenance of end user accounts, permissions, and access rights.Help implement, secure, and maintain critical technology infrastructure both hardware and software.Provide backup for various IT functions.Monitor, manage, and update the Bank’s Information Security Systems and Devices.Manage, migrate, and monitor Bank Servers and Workstations.Special projects as assigned.Qualifications and Skills Set:Minimum of an AA (or equivalent experience or coursework) in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or related major.Needs to be knowledgeable of Windows 2016/2019/2022 Server operating systems and Microsoft Windows 10/Windows 11 on the desktop.Needs to be knowledgeable of the Office 2016/O365/M365 Office Suites.Strong analytic and problem-solving skills are essential, both independently and cooperatively.Excellent language skills, both verbal and written.Must be highly motivated, responsible, and with the ability to work under pressure and time sensitive deadlines. A strong security minded focus is important.Experience with IIS 6.0/7.0/7.5/8.0/10, Exchange 2016/2019, Azure Entra, SQL 2014/2016/2019, SharePoint, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, VMware/Hyper-V, Web CMS, Helpdesk Platforms, Performance Management tools, iOS/Android Mobile Device Management, Enterprise phone systems, HTML, CSS, and/or Linux is a plus.Minimum 3 years IT experience.Physical Requirements:Ability to sit/stand at a computer monitor for extended periods of time.Ability to perform repetitive finger, hand and arm movements.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to reach, squat, bend and manually manipulate standard office equipment.Ability to clearly speak, hear, see, and communicate with customers and co-workers of all levels.Disclaimer:Pioneer Trust Bank, N.A. is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer and is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
