Summary: To be responsible for maintaining all common areas of the apartment community in a clean and attractive condition and forturning apartments between residents.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Cleaning of Rental Center, Recreation Building, pool area, exercise facility, restrooms, and jacuzzi area, including trash removal, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning of exterior and interior windows.
Cleaning laundry rooms, including trash removal, sweeping, mopping, wiping down machines and other surfaces, and interiors and exteriors of windows.
Patrol of grounds each morning for removal of litter.
Cleaning of entryways and stairwells, removing leaves, debris, and cobwebs from corners and recesses of each building.
Sweeping and blowing off all sidewalks and parking areas, including dumpster areasmoving garbage bins to garbage pickup areas on designated days.
Perform adequate watering as required daily.
Exterior painting, exterior repair, and pool and spa maintenance.
Interior apartment cleaning and interior apartment painting to turn units for new move-ins.
Maintain property to LPR standards.

Education/Experience: Minimum one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents such as invoices, specification sheets, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Math Ability: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Physical Demands: The physical demands described here must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
