The person who occupies this position is responsible for ensuring all documentation is accurately and timely reported while packing finished goods to customer specifications. Must be able to visually identify defects to ensure good quality. Must be able to understand, read, and write in English. Packing experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus but not required. Be team player and follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. This position is an hourly position.Day to day responsibilities include:* Verify job order to determine the correct number and size of corrugated is needed for the production run as well as verify all necessary required materials is staged for packing* Set scales to indicate first full box and monitor during production to make sure the weights do not fluctuate.* Label and seal boxes and place on a pallet.* Rotate and replace reclaim carts, pallets, and finished goods as needed during process.* Able to remove scrap from machine following safe procedures.* Monitor reclaim quality according to reclaim procedures* Participate in daily housekeeping duties keep area around the thermoforming dept.* Other duties as assignedWe care about the health and wellness of you and your family.
