Starting at $16 per hour!!!The Shuttle Driver works with the Logistics & Supply Chain Manager to plan and execute a variety of activities including: movement of inventory between donation sites/locations and storage/processing locations (e.g. Outlets and eCommerce), balancing of supplies and inventory between/among Outlets, and supporting delivery of supplies and movement of inventory and supplies from stores. The Shuttle Driver interacts with customers while demonstrating exceptional safety in and out of the vehicle. This role demonstrates behaviors consistent with Goodwill's Mission, Vision, Values, and Standards of Conduct and may function in various capacities within the retail location.

Hours of Operation:
6 a.m.- 4 p.m. Monday-Saturday
10 a.m.- 6 p.m. Sunday
Work schedule can vary within the Hours of Operation from week to week.
Responsibilities
Safely drives and follows all laws regarding driving.
Monitors pickup inventory and drop-off inventory.
Ensures that pickups are completed in a timely manner in accordance with the daily schedule.
Keeps Logistics & Supply Chain Manager informed of opportunities and daily concerns.
Maintains a positive environment that is cohesive to achieve goals.
Plans, organizes and executes the activities of the day.
Provides a clean, fun and safe environment for all customers and fellow employees.
Maintains a clean nonsmoking van which operates by Kaizen standards on a daily basis.
Maintains personal level of performance consistent with corporate guidelines.
Ensures all customers receive exceptional customer service, and acceptable behaviors and practices for interacting with customers as defined by supervisor are consistently met.
Builds and develops relationships with customers to determine product needs.
Proactively addresses and follows up with all concerns and customer service issues as well as communicates those concerns with Logistics & Supply Chain Manager.
Maintains effective communication with other retail leadership staff and CDP Team Members.
Will be an active and productive Outlet or eComm site member when not driving and will be directed by Outlet or eComm Site Leader to assist in any and all operational functions of site.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED preferred
Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to safely drive 26-foot straight truck
Ability to learn logistics platforms to form and navigate routes
Strong sense of direction and large-vehicle wherewithal
Must have chauffeur's license or be willing to obtain one
Driver's license in "Very Good Standing" and subject to license status check annually
Must successfully pass background check
Strong attention to detail and quality of work, including safety awareness
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Microsoft Office products, Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, and Drive) and internet navigation proficiency
Results-oriented and driven to achieve goals
Drivers must be flexible to handle changing situations
Ability to pass a drug screens as required
Forklift operator-certified at the time of hire (or obtain certification within 2 weeks of being in position) and maintain status
