DescriptionJob Summary:As a Clinical Director you will be responsible for providing guidance and mentorship for other BCBAs, MAC Scholars, and practicum students working in your clinic as well as overseeing day to day clinic operations.$15,000 sign on bonusEssential Functions:Clinical DirectorProvides supervision and mentorship to the BCBAs and LBS’ within the clinic in accordance with IBHS regulations and clinical best practiceDirectly supervise all direct care staff including; Senior RBTs, MAC Scholars, practicum studentsFacilitates new staff orientation and Behavior Technician trainingDevelop, schedule, and provide training and support to new BCBAs that join MACOversees completion of RBT course and ensures certifications are obtained in accordance with guidelinesEnsures programs and services provided are in compliance with IBHS requirementsInvolved in hiring of Behavior TechniciansConducts treatment plan audits for each initial and ongoing assessment andEnsures direct care staff have access to a clinical supervisor during all work hoursComplete and document a clinical record review for quality of services providedConduct performance reviews for each superviseeEnsures timely conversion of all scheduled appointmentsPromotes, models, and encourages MAC values within the clinicManage clinical productivity to maximize clinical treatment hoursMonitor inventory of supplies in clinic and replenish as neededOversees day to day clinic operationsCoordinate the needs of the facilityComplete and document a clinical record review for quality of the IBHS provided and compliance and documenting the outcomes of the review quarterly.Create quality improvement plan for those items that were out of complianceSupervise BCBA studentsEnsure clients receive consistent treatment including providing direct services as appropriateBCBACaseload of 60-70 client hours per weekOversee all aspects of clinical programming for a small caseload in a clinic settingComplete new client intakesConduct initial and on-going assessments based on individual needs of clientDesign, implement, and monitor all components of a client’s individualized treatment planConduct functional assessments of problem behavior and develop behavior intervention plansSupervise and train clinical staff to implement client’s treatment plan with integrityPerform fidelity checks and provide feedback to Behavior TechniciansProvide training and instruction to parents on behavioral strategies and implementing ABA teaching methods in the home and community settingsComplete accurate and timely reportsManage a team of Registered Behavior TechniciansAttend organization meetings and trainingsRequirementsEducation, Experience and Skills:Credentialed with Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Minimum of Master’s degree in a related fieldBehavior Specialist License or working towards licensure3 years with BCBA Certification1 year experience of supervising master level clinicians preferredMeets BACB’s requirements to provide supervised fieldwork experience to trainees pursuing BCBA credentialExperience supervising and training other BCBAsFamiliarity with a variety of assessment types including the ABLLS-R and VB-MAPPExperience creating individualized treatment plans with an emphasis on skill acquisitionExperience analyzing problem behavior and creating individualized intervention plans to reduce problem behaviorExcellent oral, listening, communication and self-awareness skillsAnalytical minded and solutions-driven thinkingSelf-motivated with the willingness and accountability to exceed client expectationsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with changing circumstances while maintaining a positive attitudeExcellent organization, planning, prioritization and time-management skillsWorks well with others in a supportive mannerPassion and drive for working with children and their familiesExcellent interpersonal skills and have experience facilitating positive interactionsMust be computer proficient, especially with Microsoft OfficeMust be able to pass a PA state and FBI background check, PA child abuse clearance and drug screenFirst Aid/CPR certification is required and must be maintained during your employmentMinimum Physical Requirements:Ability to stand and move for 75% of the dayAbility to push, pull, lift and carry up to 30 pounds occasionally during the workdayOffice environment – may be exposed to loud noises when children are presentStamina and ability to work all assigned hours
