The Redux Group is looking for an ambitious, sales-oriented real estate assistant agent in northern Virginia! Working with one of the nation's top real estate agents as a Showing Partner, you will help buyers through the journey of finding their dream home! You’ll showcase beautiful homes across Northern Virginia, educating buyers on the market, homes, and area. You may also be called upon to host open houses, attend new client buyer appointments, closings, home inspections, and much more! Our ideal candidate is bright, ambitious, hard-working, career-minded, committed, very flexible, and self-disciplined. For this role, you must be an experienced, licensed Realtor! Responsibilities: • Coordinate, schedule, and show homes, and understand buyers' refined criteria in order to select additional homes to show while educating buyers on the market, communities, etc. • Oversee the entire process from start to close to ensure a smooth transaction and client satisfaction • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections, walkthroughs, appraisals with clients, appointments with vendors, closings, etc. • Manage and update Primary Agent’s CRM, communicating with clients to initiate or resume buyer’s search, including setting appointments, promptly returning client calls, texts, and emails • Research and maintain a thorough understanding of the real estate market, local communities, construction/remodeling, and neighborhoods to be able to assist and educate clients with the home-buying decision-making process • Regularly participate in virtual Morning Huddles (camera on), team meetings, functions, etc., and ensure that the CRM is regularly and timely updated per team SOPs • Maintain an active Virginia, real estate license, BrightMLS, SentriLock, and membership in local, state, and National Association of Realtors. Bonus points for the addition of an MD license! • All other duties as assigned Qualifications: • Active Virginia real estate license required, additional MD license would be awesome! • 2+ years of experience supporting a high-producing agent • Flexible schedule which regularly includes weekends and evenings Willingness and ability to spend a lot of time driving • Sense of urgency and excellent communication skills; professional in attitude and appearance • Ability to quickly learn & use real estate-specific software • Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Fearless ability to reach out to people over the phone and set appointments • Willingness to seek out your own clients and work with them in addition to your lead agent Compensation: $70,000+ commission-based income
