Our client, a well-known growing manufacturing company, is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its growing team.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop financial models to support valuation, planning, and forecasting.2. Aid in the capital budgeting and expenditure planning processes.3. Conduct comparative financial analysis to identify trends and assess financial performance.4. Collaborate with senior management on strategic deep dives by developing financial models and insights on topics such as: Retention forecasts, Event Tracking and ROI, Sales and Marketing spending efficiency, etc.5. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including variance analysis and commentary on trends and changes.6. Coordinate with the FP&A team to prepare accurate forecasts and budgets.7. Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.8. Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.9. Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.10. Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.11. Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
Job Details
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is a plus.2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in business finance or other relevant experience.3. Proven work experience in a quantitatively-heavy role.4. Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions. Knowledge of other data analysis tools is a plus.5. Strong analytical and data gathering skills.6. Good business acumen.7. Excellent communication and presentation skills; be comfortable interacting with executive-level management.8. Strong quantitative and analytical competency.9. Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.10. Ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow.11. Experience with financial modeling, variance, FP&A, forecasting, and annual budgeting.12. Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently.13. Experience in the construction industry or manufacturing sector is a plus.
