Wohali is a fast-growing real estate development and private ultra-luxury community in its start-up phase comprising of our own construction team and the imminent introduction of our resort services. We are looking for a Marketing Manager who acts as a key business partner to the General Manager. As the Marketing Manager, the team member will play a critical role in shaping, driving and supporting the implementation of our marketing strategy. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with the PR and Media Agency to create an engaging and captivating marketing plan and initiative that enhances the company image with a deep focus on consistency and the highest levels of reputation.In conjunction with the General Manager ensures that all marketing initiatives are aligned to business objectives, implementing and leading innovative people and experience focused initiatives within the Marketing operation.We are a start-up and a fast-growing real estate development company. Being part of a start-up team, given the influential nature of this role on the development of our people, our culture, our teams and the company as a whole, we believe it is essential for the Marketing Manager to be on site to embrace our company, its teams and the community we are building.Position OverviewThe Marketing Manager for our Luxury Resort Community will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. This role requires a dynamic and creative individual with a deep understanding of the luxury market and a proven track record in high-end hospitality marketing.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy Development

Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with Wohali’s brand values and business objectives.Conduct market research to identify trends, owner preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing plans.

Brand Management

Maintain and enhance Wohali’s brand image and positioning.Ensure all marketing communications are consistent with the brand guidelines and voice.

Campaign Management

Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, print, social media, and events.Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize ROI and achieve marketing goals.

Content Creation

Oversee the creation of high-quality content that highlights Wohali’s unique offerings and luxury experience.Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce engaging visuals, videos, and written materials.

Digital Marketing

Manage the Wohali’s online presence, including the website, social media platforms, and email marketing.Utilize SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques to drive online traffic and bookings.

Customer Engagement

Develop initiatives to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.Implement loyalty programs and personalized marketing efforts to retain and grow the customer base.

Event Coordination

Organize and promote exclusive events and experiences that attract high-end clientele.Work with the events team to ensure seamless execution and memorable guest experiences.

Budget Management

Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.Monitor expenditures and adjust strategies to stay within budget while maximizing impact.

Analytics and Reporting

Analyze marketing data and generate reports to assess performance and inform future strategies.Provide regular updates to the Director of Marketing and senior management on marketing activities and results.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry.Strong understanding of luxury branding and high-end consumer behavior.Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
