IOSiX has a high performing and collegial work environment, where each employee has a chance to make an immediate impact.Prior experience developing Android apps and a degree in a relevant field—Computer Science, Computer Software, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or similar—is required.The candidate will have the opportunity to develop and support IOSiX Android applications and ELD APIs. You will be working closely with customers and project leads to address emergent concerns during the development process. The ideal candidate will have proven work experience as a mobile developer with demonstrated knowledge of Android, including:App development using Java and Kotlin, object oriented designInterfacing with back end server using PHP and SQLInterfacing with peripherals using Bluetooth Low EnergyUser interface developmentApplication lifecycle management – concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support.The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and testing the software that they create. They should be self-motivated and have the ability to systematically solve problems independently while working on multiple projects. They will be able to produce fully functional applications, write clean code, and adapt to agile work scope with shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.IOSiX offers competitive compensation based on the candidate's experience.
