Proposal Coordinator

Epsilon Systems is seeking a full-time Proposal Coordinator who is experienced in proposal coordination management to support growth in DOD, Federal Civilian, and commercial markets by assisting with and coordinating activities for the timely development and submission of high-quality, RFP-compliant, and compelling proposals. This position will report to the Vice President, Marketing Research and Proposal Center (MAPCEN) and will work in collaboration with BD, capture, and proposal teams. Remote work location acceptable.
Responsibilities and Performance Requirements:
Prepare and customize MS Power Point presentations
Organize/maintain related files (e.g., reports, capture plans, etc.)
Prioritize and carry out special projects and complex assignments
Exercising judgment, initiative, and tact
Interact and coordinate with all levels of management inside/outside company
Coordinate activities involved in the development and revision of major proposals
Conduct or participate in proposal reviews with management
May serve as a team leader to coordinate major proposal efforts
Other proposal duties as assigned may include:
Assists senior proposal management staff providing essential administrative support during the proposal effort; organizes meetings, e-mails/posts announcements, manages collaborative workspace folders; manages graphics versions, uploads documents; manages and maintains configuration of review team documents
Create Compliance Matrix upon receipt of RFP/update based upon RFP amendments
Develop Draft Proposal Outlines and Calendar
Schedule and participate in Kick Off meeting
Format data call templates (resumes, past performance, etc.) for use by SME writers
Format proposal content and edits from writers/reviewers and maintain proposal version control
Assist with proposal hardcopy assembly
Maintain and update standard Epsilon proposal content for MAPCEN files (resumes, PP, etc.)
Respond to data calls from teammate/partner companies
Perform proposal configuration management during proposal review process
Perform Technical Editing on proposal content prior to final QA/White Glove check
Conduct final QA/White Glove Checks on proposals prior to submission
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors’ degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
Three (3) or more years proposal preparation and analysis experience for a government contractor
Successful experience with federal business proposal development
Diplomatic, persuasive and articulate communication style to establish and maintain rapport with internal and external customers/partners
Highest ethical standards of behavior
Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
Relevant experience outside of proposal management (e.g., project management, capture management)
Pay Range:
The pay range for this role is $100,000 to $120,000 annually. This is a reasonable estimate for this role. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
