We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Supplier Relationship Manager to join our team at Lucid Motors. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our Supplier Relationship Program.

You Will:

Supplier Performance: Collaborate with Business and Enterprise Systems to establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess supplier performance. Identify areas for improvement and work collaboratively with suppliers to implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Claim Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations into supplier claims, analyzing root causes and collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of all supplier claims, prepare comprehensive reports, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.

Negotiation and Resolution: Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate and settle claims, ensuring fair and timely resolution while minimizing financial impact on the company.

Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance the Supplier Relationship Management process to streamline operations and prevent recurring issues.

Contract Compliance: Collaborate with legal to ensure that supplier claims are managed in accordance with contractual agreements and company policies.

Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness your team

You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

8 years of proven experience in supplier claims management within the automotive industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documentation.

Familiarity with automotive supply chain processes and quality standards.

Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Knowledge of contractual agreements and legal aspects related to supplier claims.

The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.
