A services company in Maryland is looking to add a new Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician to their growing staff in Silver Spring.
About the Opportunity:
The shifts are Sunday to Wednesday (6am-2pm, 12pm-10pm, or 10pm-6am)
or
Wednesday to Saturday (6am-2pm, 12pm-10pm, or 10pm-6am).
Responsibilities:
The Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician will be responsible for monitoring, networking, ticketing, and troubleshooting within the NOC environment.
Qualifications: 1+ year of Network Operations Center (NOC) experience Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree Cisco networking skills SolarWinds monitoring experience Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems Experience with Cisco CCNA CompTIA experience Knowledge of Network Technologies, Connectivity, Protocols, and security Solid problem solving and time management skills Great interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail Highly organized Desired
