A services company in Maryland is looking to add a new Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician to their growing staff in Silver Spring.
About the Opportunity:
The shifts are Sunday to Wednesday (6am-2pm, 12pm-10pm, or 10pm-6am)
or
Wednesday to Saturday (6am-2pm, 12pm-10pm, or 10pm-6am).
Responsibilities:
The Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician will be responsible for monitoring, networking, ticketing, and troubleshooting within the NOC environment.
Qualifications:1+ year of Network Operations Center (NOC) experienceAssociate's and/or Bachelor's DegreeCisco networking skillsSolarWinds monitoring experienceExperience with ServiceNow or other ticketing systemsExperience with Cisco CCNACompTIA experienceKnowledge of Network Technologies, Connectivity, Protocols, and securitySolid problem solving and time management skillsGreat interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Strong attention to detailHighly organizedDesired
