Pricing Manager, Strategic Accounts

Job Description:Position overview:The Pricing Manager, Strategic Accounts reports directly to the Director of Global Pricing and is a key member of the Genie Global Pricing team. This position works closely with the Strategic Accounts Sales team and is responsible for the management of all pricing activities for strategic accounts. Along with the sales team this role will work closely with finance, product management, and business planning to drive key strategic initiatives. This is a very exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and passionate team.Main duties will include:Management of overall contracts and agreements processesSupport contracts and agreements negotiationsDevelop and implement pricing strategies to optimize market share and profitabilityEnsure key financial metrics are met though recommended price actionsPartner with various functions to drive key strategic initiativesLead projects and advance the pricing roadmapExperience and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in quantitative field (Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Finance, ...)Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, sales or pricing functionProven successful experience with pricing techniques and price optimizationKey skills and attributes will include:Excellent written and spoken EnglishDisplay commercial acumen and have a customer centric approachStrong aptitude for math, and understanding and analyzing large amounts of data from multiple sourcesAble to present clean, organized, and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audienceGood time management and prioritization skillsAdvanced Microsoft Office skills (in particular Excel and PowerPoint)Good initiative to follow up on and resolve issuesAbility to develop and maintain business relationships and influence individuals across different teams and functionsAbility to work independently and in a virtual team environmentStrong decision-making capacityThe salary range for this position is $95,000 - $140,000 USD. The salary range may be higher or lower depending on the applicant's location.
