Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented candidate for our Warehouse Coordinator role; the Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with coordinating daily warehouse functions. Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, under the direction of the Inbound and Inventory Supervisor. The warehouse coordinator will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of all warehouse activities, including shipping, and receiving, inventory management, and maintaining warehouse safety standards.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : All matters listed herein are essential job functions. There may be other job functions which are essential, but not listed below. Also, Terex may revise the description at any time deemed necessary.Maintain high customer satisfaction levels while ensuring high quality.Assist with warehouse logistics.Coordinate with internal departments, including warehouse, and customer service, to prioritize containers efficiently.Assist with training warehouse team members.Prepare regular reports on warehouse safety, quality, and efficiency.Assist with enforcing safety regulations and protocols.Schedule all Inbound containers for deliveryResponsible to Will Call order pick up area in warehouse.Maintain emails with a maximum of 24-hour response time during working hours.Assist with monitoring WMS dashboards.Perform other duties as needed.Basic Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED.Three years' experience in warehouse environment.Minimum of one year experience in a coordinator or lead role.An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be substituted (minimum three years' experience).Preferred Qualifications :Computer skills including Microsoft Windows programs (i.e. Word and Excel).Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proven experience in coordinating and directing operations.Highly efficient supervisory techniques and skills.Working Conditions:Ability to move parts and material up to 50lbs. in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Able to stand for long periods of time.Ability to bend and lift throughout the day, manually unloading and loading merchandise.Ability to work at heights (up to 22 ft high on cherry picker)Ability to bend and stoop repetitively.Ability to work in varying temperatures.Ability to go up and down mobile stairs on a consistent basis all day.If you are interested in an open position but feel you may not meet all the listed qualifications, we still encourage you to apply.Terex Overview:At Terex,we fully embrace the increasingly diverse world around us and strive to create an empowering and welcoming workplace culture.
