About The Role
Our Partner Products team builds experiences that improve the way agents collaborate with Zillow. As a Senior Program Manager, you will be central to this team delivering products that supercharge our agent experience. You'll manage the lifecycle and execution of some of our most critical initiatives and partner strategically with operations and product teams to craft the go to market strategies that bring these features to our customers at scale.
The program team supports Zillow's most critical projects and initiatives, creating clarity through effective communication, facilitation and execution leadership. We are looking for a highly motivated Program Manager whose dream job is one where you influence across functions to solve complex and ambiguous problems!
You Will:Coordinate and drive the overall initiative, deliverables, and release plans to ensure successful and timely delivery.Create and own mechanisms to keep team members and executives engaged so our agent-facing product teams can scale quickly and effectively.Proactively identify, communicate, and resolve interdependencies, bottlenecks, and risks across multiple products and partners.Align program goals with Zillow’s strategic objectives and make data-driven recommendations as the program's performance warrants.Identify and facilitate strategic discussions on prioritization and trade-offs ad-hoc and via regular planning cycles.Improve processes while managing active projects, coaching teams on standards, product lifecycle, playbooks, and tools.
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.
In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $124,700.00 - $199,300.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
Who you are:5+ years of Software Program Management experience in both small-scale and large-scale companies with a focus on delivering large cross-functional B2B product programs.Skill in leading discussions with executive team members as well as Product Managers, Designers and Engineers.Ability to engage leadership effectively when needed and find a path forward in difficult situations.Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, and prioritize tasks.Strengths in building and maintaining positive relationships with internal customers based on empathy, trust and an understanding of their goals and priorities.Experience influencing without direct authority, to navigate across functional teams to define goals and coordinate work to achieve shared goals.Expert in connecting detailed plans to higher-level strategies and bridging between Agile and Waterfall project management methods.
