Join a dynamic team of product managers that deliver everything from large-scale technology solutions to small optimizations. The team is responsible for developing long-range product roadmaps and engaging in backlog grooming for the upcoming 2-week sprint. We work in lock-step with our engineering partners to deliver a portfolio of technology solutions that include a wide range of 3rd party SaaS products and custom developed applications.About The Role

We are seeking an experienced product manager to drive the end-to-end product execution and vision for how Zillow can make small to medium sized enhancements to Workday, predominantly focused on the HCM & Recruiting functions. This role will be responsible for identifying opportunities and improvements to currently launched Workday functionality as well as evaluating and proposing new features and initiatives based on stakeholder priorities. You will take ownership over the entire body of work related to enhancements outside of active initiatives, including proposing and implementing new and better ways to manage the intake, backlog and execution. You will get the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of your customer’s process and needs, while keeping a pulse on the broader company strategy and objectives. Collaboration is a key ingredient for success, you must be able to recognize key dependencies across different teams in order to coordinate a successful product launch. You will provide product consultancy and recommendations to your business partners, helping them to better understand trade-offs, interoperability, and maintenance costs, enabling them to select the right solution that will help them meet their business objectives.This role will work alongside other Product Managers, HR leaders, IT leaders and subject matter experts in supporting Zillow employee programs by delivering solutions that enable our processes and systems to operate at scale.Primary responsibilities include:Collaborate with key partners in IT and Shared Services (Finance, HR, Risk, Legal, People Analytics and Compliance) to articulate functional requirements into strategic product visions.Review and assess incoming requests for small enhancements and collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and categorize requests based on business impact and urgency.Lead Zillow’s roadmap related to Workday enhancements, including reprioritization as required due to changing priorities or business needs.Identify opportunities for ways to improve routines in place today by reducing manual steps and improving the employee experience.Collect and analyze quantitative cycle time data and qualitative user feedback information to define opportunity size and understand root cause of issues, that guide product planning and prioritization.Recommend product features and technical improvements, specifically focused on how Zillow can continue to better leverage & enhance the Workday experience.Responsible for launching new product features and experiences - diving deep to define the problem, draft detailed requirements/user stories, plan development sprints, create and execute user testing plan, and support continuous releases.Manage a broad group of key stakeholders and senior leaders - communicate progress and findings to program leaders and other key partners, via product briefs, status updates, and demos.Establish success metrics and ensure performance of products ensuring easy adoption and interoperability across the lines of business.This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $143,200.00 - $228,800.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.Who you are4+ years as a Product Manager with direct product ownership, operating in an Agile development environment - experience working directly with internal and external technology analysts and developers.3-5 years experience executing product development within Workday.1-2 years experience in Workday HCM & Workday Recruiting, preferably Workday Compensation.Proven track record leading cross-functional teams, delivering quality work on time, must be conversant in UX design, technology and data analysis.Examples of end-to-end project management and technical implementation of new products or features, including discovery, requirement gathering, planning, prioritization, stakeholder management, user testing, launch execution and measuring impact of launches.Experience working with SaaS applications and 3rd party vendor relationship management and implementation of new 3rd party tools.Excellent decision-making skills and experience guiding prioritization of work; ability to make trade-off decisions to meet customer needs and technology constraints.Get to know usZillow is reimagining real estate to make home a reality for more and more people.As the most-visited real estate website in the United States, Zillow and its affiliates help movers find and win their home through digital solutions, first class partners, and easier buying, selling, financing and renting experiences.
