Head of Strategic Partnerships

Description:We are seeking a Head of Partnerships with a demonstrable record of running a strategic partner program that finds, manages, and expands key partnerships to drive more brand presence, leads, and new customers. You will be responsible for managing and expanding our existing partnerships, while implementing processes and strategies to improve how we find, onboard, and manage strategic relationships to drive substantial revenue and demand. You will report to the CRO, and work closely with leadership to meet your objectives and drive more partner-sourced and influenced revenue.
Responsibilities:
Develop processes for finding, managing, and monetizing strategic partners
Identify new types of strategic partners, and find and onboard these partners
Collaborate with other department leaders (marketing, sales, customer success, and product) to understand and refine our joint objectives, attribution models, and internal structure
Refine joint selling and marketing strategies
Establish and communicate objectives and reporting for each partner relationship to leadership
Perform monthly and quarterly partner reviews of goals and refine forecasts
Define and refine partner incentives, rev share agreements, and /or commissions to optimize results
Enable and engage partners through the creation of marketing and product assets, and through virtual and in-person meetings and trainings
Work with marketing and product to ensure assets motivate partners and drive demand
Own the numbers on partner-sourced and influenced revenue, partner success, and customer retention
Continually identify ways to improve results and partner engagement
Evaluate current partner contracts, and identify areas for improvement
Present strategy and quarterly results to leadership

5+ years of SaaS business development experience, 3-5 years in strategic partnerships
Proven record of driving strategic partner revenue and partner engagement
Extensive experience in and knowledge of our ecosystem with an existing network of relationships
Strategic thinker who excels at relationship building
Data-driven with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced organization and constantly identify the highest value partners and activities
