The Executive Assistant will report directly to the CEO, CFO and EVP collectively and will be responsible for providing the full range of administrative support. Please note this position will require a hybrid schedule of being in the office Tuesday through Thursday.The base salary range for this role is estimated to be $75,000-$100,000 per year. This range may vary based on years of experience and geographic location.Responsibilities:

Manage multiple busy calendars, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings for the CEO, CFO and EVPPrioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and in a timely mannerBe able to manage competing priorities timely and efficientlyOrganize all travel needs and prepare complex travel itineraries for CEO, CFO and EVPPrepare executive expense reports on a weekly basisArticulate and draft email correspondence for CEO, CFO and EVPProvide requested support to other members of the senior leadership team as neededAttend, take notes and follow up on action items for team calls hosted by executive(s)Perform other related duties as assigned including personal requests on an as needed basisRequirements:Bachelor’s Degree preferred5+ years experience supporting executive level managementExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be an independent thinker and able to anticipate executive's needs; be able to plan for go forward meetingsGreat attention to detail; must be able to work with the highest level of confidentiality and discretionMust be able to function in a fast paced and at times, demanding environmentAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and TeamsAbility to work independently and handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines and time constraintsMust be able and willing to travel up to 15% with key dates in February and MarchIf you feel this opportunity could be the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply.
