Position Overview

Apollo is seeking an Analyst to support the Strategic Accounts team within its Global Wealth Management Solutions (GWMS) business. GWMS is a vertically integrated sales channel within Apollo's broader Client & Product Solutions (CPS) ecosystem, designed to provide individuals and their advisors with a growing range of wealth management solutions beyond the public markets. The Analyst will support the Strategic Accounts team members in their efforts to drive marketing and fundraising outcomes across key client accounts for the firm.

RESPONSIBILITIES:The role encompasses a broad spectrum of marketing and investor relations responsibilities, including:Support Strategic Accounts team throughout fundraising and prospecting processDevelop strong knowledge of private wealth landscape and target client/prospect baseFacilitate informational requests from clients/prospects/consultants and identify sensitivities/potential issuesProvide consolidated updates on industry insights such as flows, strategic trends, M&A, performance data by manager and strategyUse Salesforce to obtain meeting details and organize relevant information including research on the company, relevant news, portfolio information and competitive analysis. Prepare ad-hoc reports as neededSend detailed meeting follow up emails including any relevant customized data or research to clients and prospectsAssist in tiering organizations in order of interest/priorityProvide updates on industry insights such as flows, strategic trends, and performance data by manager and strategySupport the updating of Customer Relationship Management database (CRM)Support the updating of any relevant opportunities in CRM to ensure the sales pipeline is accurateAssist in the coordination and organization of eventsQualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree required1-3 years' minimum experience in financial services industryPrior experience working with bank platforms, RIAs or private wealth clients is preferredPrior knowledge/work experience in alternative investments preferredWorking knowledge of CRM, preferably Salesforce.Strong organization skillsAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and in written formMust work effectively with other groups in the organization and collaborate as necessaryCapable of thinking ahead, identifying potential issues/conflicts/items requiring follow up and proactively communicating them to the teamDiscretion and ability to handle confidential, sensitive informationAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications/functions required including Word, Excel and PowerPointAdvanced knowledge of MS Office functions such as mail merges and managing multiple Outlook calendars

Pay Range$100 - $120k

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
