Position SummaryThe Sr. Manager of Marketing Communications is responsible for leading a comprehensive campaign and content strategy that aligns to the Isagenix brand. This role oversees marketing campaigns, social media, content, and marketing communications teams. This person will work closely with key stakeholders on strategic planning for campaigns that support key company initiatives to be executed across multiple channels and audiences.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

Lead and supervise a dynamic team responsible for all facets of marketing operations, including campaign management, communications, social media, content strategy, and copywriting.

Strategically plan and implement comprehensive multi-channel communication strategies for product launches, sales promotions, and events across various platforms such as email, SMS, app notifications, website assets, podcasts, and social media.

Efficiently manage a high volume of projects while ensuring cohesive campaign messaging that resonates with the brand identity and target audience.

Utilize analytics to drive marketing strategies aimed at enhancing revenue, customer retention, and brand value.

Foster cross-functional collaboration with teams including Product Marketing, Digital, Field Marketing, Legal, Sales, Analytics, and Creative to successfully launch products, support sales initiatives, and execute campaigns.

Identify and capitalize on opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling within email journeys and sales campaigns.

Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and create impactful marketing campaigns.

Develop social media strategies for major platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

Collaborate with external partners, such as Narvar, to optimize the customer sales experience.

Manage influencer content creation processes, including briefs, reviews, and approvals.

Formulate content strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive sales, and boost engagement.

Engage key stakeholders in brainstorming marketing campaigns aligned with overall business objectives.

Drive measurable improvements in campaign performance, including content effectiveness, revenue, and customer retention.

Establish frameworks for consistent creation, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to refine campaign management and execution processes continuously.

Assist in creating assets/content that aligns with messaging, target audiences, and brand voice.

Leverage global relationships to implement a global mindset and execute cross-market campaigns.

Facilitate alignment between North America team members and international stakeholders to enhance communications and execute company initiatives effectively.

Minimum Qualifications (These are the requirements that all applicants MUST HAVE to be considered for this position)

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.

8 years of marketing, social media, or advertising experience.

5 years of focus on campaigns and content creation.

5 Years experience in leading teams

Comfortable working both in Mac and Windows Operating Systems.

Skilled in the use of Microsoft office software to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented and able to coordinate/manage multiple tasks

simultaneously.

Familiar with project management activities and tools like Asana

Experience with design platforms like Canva

Experience in Network Marketing.
