Product Owner

to manage complex projects that involve multiple integrated business systems, interfacing across departments and/or divisions. As the

Product Owner , you will collaborate with System Developers and Business Subject Matter Experts on application changes, development, and deployment.The

Product Owner

will:Manage, direct and coordinate the daily activities of the business analyst team. Train product analysts in all aspects of the productlifecycle from initiation to closing, to ensure that the technical solution meets business needsPlan, direct, and coordinate the business-analysis aspects of an information technology project, including on-going production supportand trainingLeads organizational analysis efforts to identify current capabilities, opportunities for improvement and drives measurement, prioritizationand implementation of identified opportunitiesResponsible for managing complex, high profile projects that involve multiple integrated business systems, interfacing across departmentsand/or divisions to accomplish projects and activitiesTranslates business knowledge into well-defined goals and objectives, problems and opportunities, and desired outcomesCreates operational efficiencies by creating and initiating new Business processes and serves as a domain expert by being conversant inend-to-end business functionsReview and approve business analysis related documentation including: requirements, current and future state processes and workflows,report specifications and othersManages the engagement from multiple stakeholders to ensure prompt and quality deliverablesInteract and coordinate with system developers and business subject matter experts on application changes, development, and deploymentWrites, communicates and vets requirements and user stories with business leaders using different approaches such as use cases, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams and state charts, data dictionaries, class or entity relationship diagrams to ensure complete understanding by business leaders/executives while working with an Agile frameworkIdentifies and manages stakeholders and teams of people across functional areas to implement a project by understanding key stakeholders authority and influence as it pertains to business processWorks effectively inside a Scrum or Kanban teamDevelop and motivate staff to maximize full potential and ensure the mission readiness of all team membersConduct and participate in Scrum ceremonies and retrospectivesProvide regular verbal and written reports to senior managementCollaborates with Tech Leads and UAT to define when user stories are doneDevelop and maintain solid partnerships with project managers, business and IT leads, and other key stakeholdersCreates strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planningOwns and leads backlog grooming sessions for ongoing roadmap planningMaintains business project documentation and creates and presents regular reports to department and executive leadershipSupports the product manager in strategic decisions including revenue opportunities or cost saving initiativesPlan, develop, oversee, execute and certify changes by establishing rigorous test plan through design and implementation phases andtracking test results to ensure changes are complete and accurate to finalized requirementsPerform other related duties as required and assignedDemonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organizations desired culture and valuesWhat Youll Bring:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent work experience10+ years of Agile experienceExperience with managing, staffing, and mentoring analyst teamsExperience managing multiple programs or projects with a high degree of complexity and scopeUnderstanding of leading practices in business analysis, project management and process improvementData Management experience and database knowledge preferredKnowledge of software systems preferredExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skillsHighly proficient in the G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc)Knowledge of BI Tools a plusKnowledge of JIRA, Confluence or similar tools requiredMust be a team player with strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independentlyProven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environmentExcellent critical thinking, problem solving and mathematical skills, and sound judgmentMust be able to work across multiple projects at one time, and collaborate with other teams to ensure deliverables are done on timeProven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environmentExcellent critical thinking, problem solving and mathematical skills, using sound judgmentFinancial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferredStrong business acumen and ability to interface with executive managementSQL Server/.NET experience a plusXML/EDI experience a plus

Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the roleMid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the roleHigher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the roleSome roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.Salary:$90,000 - $150,000
