Job DescriptionWhat you’ll do:

As Director, Business Development (AdTech) – Asia you will be responsible for driving growth in the region and implementing the sales strategy in acquiring new logos for Epsilon’s Adtech business. An opportunity to have real influence and recognition within an innovative, dynamic, and ambitious company. Epsilon is looking for a sales leader with the experience, creativity, passion, and strategic vision to help with our ambitious growth plans.

You will have the following roles and responsibilities:

Manage, establish and grow the Sales capabilities in the region

Own and drive top line revenue growth for Epsilon’s AdTech business

Strategic & consultative sales planning

Lead conversations with CMOs/CIOs of prospective clients in the pre-sales and solutioning process to bring a consultative approach to their marketing and sales challenges. Strong understanding of Epsilon’s AdTech offering

Orchestrate work between the Clients, Client Services, Product & Delivery teams to ensure high-quality service

Act as the voice of the clients across the organization and champion Epsilon’s products and solutions with the clients

What you’ll be measured on

You will be measured on the following key performance areas:

Building a high performing sales organization for Epsilon in the region

Building relationships with CMOs and CIOs across global and regional brands

Achieving/exceeding planned Sales Revenue & Margin across Epsilon’s solutions

Ensuring highest levels of customer satisfaction by working collaboratively with Client Services, Product & Delivery teams

QualificationsA Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 12+ years experience in sales & business development

A proven track record of delivering MarTech sales growth across industry verticals such as retail, travel & hospitality, eCommerce, etc. in the region

Deep domain knowledge and understanding of the marketing space in Asia across CRM, loyalty, digital messaging and digital experience

Can build relationships across multiple disciplines in the client organization including marketing, merchandising, media decision making. Very comfortable at engaging with all levels of a business

Strong existing network in the region

Ideally, experience in growing high performing sales teams who meet or exceed sales targets consistently
