Description

Martin/Martin, Inc., a civil and structural engineering firm, is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant I. The ideal candidate must be able to excel in a fast-paced environment. The ability to provide exceptional customer service to employees and clients, multi-task, and attention to detail is required. The position must be able to work each day as a team player with other administrative assistants and engineering staff. The ability to work overtime, as needed, and dress professionally is required for this position.

Examples Of Responsibilities

Greet clients, business partners, and job candidatesDirect calls on a multi-line switchboardAssist in meeting set-up including scheduling, setting up, and cleaning upOrder food for meetings and office eventsRegister employees for classes/seminars and track attendanceComplete purchases on behalf of the companyWord Processing duties (proposals, letters, comment and responses, specifications, meeting notes, etc.)Process Project Setup Forms (PSFs)Book travel arrangementsAssist in meeting preparation and clean-upAbility to cover Front Desk duties (phones, scheduling meetings, coordinating Clients)Must possess intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.Requirements

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalentAbility to receive notary certification within the first three months of employmentExcellent customer service skillsCollaborates effectively with othersProficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, OutlookAble to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environmentDetail-orientedDesired Qualifications:

Our investigative engineers can provide support for existing projects, both buildings and sites, to design and implement repairs, renovations, or improvements. With nine office locations and a staff of more than 300, Martin/Martin engineers regularly perform work throughout Colorado, across the United States, and internationally.

Salary Description

$45,000-$55,000 per year
