Job Description:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of single-family and multifamily properties, ensuring all properties are well-maintained and operated efficiently.* Manage work orders and coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs and maintenance.* Conduct move-in and move-out inspections, documenting conditions and coordinating cleaning and repairs to prepare properties for new tenants.* Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income. Handle leasing inquiries, show properties, and screen potential tenants.* Oversee rent collections, addressing late payments promptly, and initiating eviction procedures if necessary.* Lead and manage a small team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure team members are effective and aligned with company goals.* Perform miscellaneous tasks, including but not limited to data entry, record keeping, and reporting to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on all properties.* Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures that improve operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction.
Need someone who is reliable, strong leader, takes ownership of the role, is autonomous and problem-solving and has managed low-income housing a plus, any background in construction a plus.
