Etleap is proudly backed by First Round Capital, Liquid 2, SV Angel, Y Combinator, and a number of other top-tier investors.We are looking for a dynamic customer relationship professional to execute Etleap’s customer success strategy and ensure customers are receiving the tools and support needed to achieve their goals, resulting in optimal customer success, engagement and retention.What you are going to do:
Execute and evolve Etleap’s customer success strategyBuild relationships and drive engagement with Etleap’s customers via onboarding, periodic business reviews, and soliciting product feedbackChampion customers’ growth goals in order to maximize product value and identify upsell opportunitiesManage a customer health dashboard that is shared with the executive teamPlan and optimize strategy for managing retention and flagging risks regarding renewalsOwn communication with customers for marketing initiatives, including trade shows, webinars, and case studiesWhat we want to see in you:
5+ years of B2B customer relationship experience, including at least one startupExperience building relationships with technically sophisticated customersHave led onboarding and customer education for a technical enterprise software productCuriosity and drive to understand a technical software product and how it creates value for its customersExceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsSelf-starter: Able to propose solutions and accomplish tasks with limited direction and a figure-it-out attitudeWhat we are offering:
