in the Rolling Meadows, IL area.
Service Administration Assistant Responsibilities:Contact multiple service vendors to get status updates on open service callsProfessionally communicate service status with customersSchedule service calls with third-party vendors but also direct service forceSubmit invoices for service work to customersProcess invoices in SalesforceCreate quotations for service work in real-timeReview and verify assets and parts warranty status and determine business scenario and accounting typeEscalate customer concerns to Regional Technical team and work to resolve open issuesAccurately update company CRM with real-time updates
Service Administration Assistant Requirements:
2-3 years of office administrative experience is preferredPersonable with good relationship-building skillsAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusionsMicrosoft Office skills, especially Outlook, PowerPoint and ExcelWorking knowledge of order management systems such as SAP is a plusWorking knowledge of customer management systems such as Salesforce is a plusStrong written communication
