In this role, you will manage your own portfolio of clients, taking charge of the day-to-day interactions and becoming their go-to for exceptional service Your responsibility extends beyond mere management; you will be the cornerstone of our promise to deliver top-notch service, working seamlessly across various operational teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

On a granular level, you will manage the renewal and marketing process, prepare materials for presentations and communications in collaboration with their more senior team members, and lead the Open Enrollment processOn a holistic level, you will form trusted partnerships with clients that inspire absolute confidence in our solutions, and in our ability to enhance their prosperityTake an active role in client interactionsManage the renewal and marketing process from start to finish, in conjunction with the Account Executives and AdvisorsLead Open EnrollmentWork proactively to effectively and efficiently deliver services to clientsKnowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:

Knowledge of benefits administration, HealthCare Reform, industry trends, carrier products and servicesAbility to work independently and anticipate client and team needsEffective time management and decision making skillsDiligent follow up skillsAbility to express ideas clearly in both written and oral communicationsStrong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skillsCommanding presentation and public speaking abilitiesEducation and/or Experience:

BA/BS preferredMinimum 3 years' of industry line experienceIndustry knowledge of benefits administration, Healthcare Reform, and carrier products and servicesProven success selling services and working in a consultative roleCertificates, Licenses, Registration:

Life, Accident and Health Insurance License required within 90 days of hire
