This individual will create and maintain relationships with manufacturers by consulting with them on their sustainability needs.Prospecting & Cold CallingManages "A" accounts independently each dayMaintains relationships with vendorsSchedules vendor visits to meet monthly goalsIdentifying Gross Margin improvementsUnderstands freight expensesAbility to calculate acceptable net marginsAbility to understand material & gradingProperly uses Salesforce, Outlook
Keys to Success:Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field required5+ years outside sales experience requiredAbility to travel up to 50% overnightSelf-motivatedAbility to work independentlyA consultative and strategic approachCreative thinker who enjoys problem-solvingEstablishing/maintaining effective relationshipsStrong organizational/time management skillsDemonstrated excellent communicationCurrent/Valid Driver's License andClean DMV RecordAbout Us:Quincy Recycle is in the business of solving waste stream problems for manufacturers. With in-house logistics, equipment distribution, and food waste processing, we are a one-stop shop in helping our partners maximize their financial and sustainability goals.We have multiple locations across the Midwest and a growing network of affiliates that are uniquely positioned to help clients of all sizes, from coast to coast and beyond.
